The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert (4/25, doors 7:30pm) at Windsor Castle
Allegany Allied Arts will present this 1994 Australian comedy-drama film written and directed by Stephan Elliott. The plot follows the journey of two drag queens and a transsexual woman, played by Hugo Weaving, Guy Pearce, and Terence Stamp, across the Australian Outback from Sydney to Alice Springs in a tour bus that they have named "Priscilla".
Full audience participation is encouraged. Hosted by our own Miss Iva Phetish. A costume contest will be held before the show. $8 general admission. $140 Premium Tables (for 6). Premium tables include 6 admission tickets, 6 t-shirts, and six "survival kit" grab bags, plus one large group party toy.
104 minutes, rated R, under 17 not admitted without parent or legal guardian. Doors open 7:30pm, costume contest 9:30pm, feature presentation 10:00pm.

Cancellation of The Wayward Girls Burlesque Events scheduled for 4/24/15
We regret to announce the cancellation of The Wayward Girls Burlesque Workshop and The Wayward Girls Burlesque Performance. We hope to be able to reschedule these events at a different venue in the future.

Hairspray Sing-A-Long 4/25 (2pm doors) at Windsor Caste
Come sing along with your favorite John Waters musical as pleasantly plump teenager Tracy Turnblad teaches 1962 Baltimore a thing or two about integration after landing a spot on a local TV dance show.
There will be a costume contest before the show, so doll yourself up and put on your best outfit. Patricia Golden from Industrial Ballroom (http://www.ballroomsweetie.com/) will lead a participatory dance demo before the feature presentation.
117 minutes. Rated PG. Parental guidance suggested for children under 17. General Admission $8. Premium Table (for 6) $120. No alcohol will be served at this event. Doors open 2pm, feature presentation 3pm.

Allegany Allied Arts announces Meet and Greet / Volunteer Recruiting Events
Allegany Allied Arts, Inc., is pleased to announce three upcoming Meet & Greet / Volunteer Recruiting events, scheduled for Saturday, January 31 (1-4pm), Saturday, February 28 (1-4pm), and Saturday, March 21 (1-4pm). Stop by and meet the people from Allegany Allied Arts. We'll be recruiting volunteers for the Queen City Film Festival (QCFF) and other cinema events, dancers and variety performers for Folies d'Arts: The Queen City Cabaret, as well as technical and administrative volunteers. Whether you'd like to become a screener for the film festival, event staff or tech crew, or assist us with program development and community outreach -- stop by and meet us and get involved!
